Role Description
Our Client has recently taken on an experienced Manager for their Contracts team, who has been given the responsibility to rebuild the team and develop a new company business ethos. After setting initial standards the Manager is now looking to fill 10 IT Contracts Recruitment desks; there are warm established accounts for the consultants to quickly start billing. With up to 40% commission available this is an exciting opportunity to join what potentially could be one of the best performing Consultancies in 2010. The Manager has already had success in transforming another company, which they left as they felt they had taken the company as far as it could go. There is already an incentive target for a trip to Miami in January, which new recruits will have the opportunity to achieve.
